Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Company provides good salary package.pf is there.

Dislikes

No job security.they will fire you with out giving notice period. No health insurance. Ta and da bills will get deducted. Bills will get paid late.per km 3rs bike allowance. You need to pay from pocket if you are in sales for the company sim card bill.

The company is open in 2009 in HYD i joined in company in 2014 may 5 as a spares incharge in kadapa after one year i got promote as a service engineer in this period iam seeing three DT and customer handling about service. i have to work 14 to 19 hours in a day as i have attend customer service.
