Senior and manager all are supportive.

Dislikes

...ture wise not good, any time they will call for working Saturday Sunday as well. Overtime pay also not able to pay and at time of shift meed time they will ask for OT.

...dumping blame on subordinates. Performance matters less than personal relations. No compensation for working on off days. Employee grievances are often unheard.

Anytime you say you haven't been to work for a long time, Politics of a quality, Because of their cost cutting, they are the ones who get resign from the job. I'm not criticizing the mg in any way Don't trust the Maswer on contract bases

Lots of learning in industrial area specially I automobile sector , physically as well as software also good environmental & Supportive Team and their policy .
