Very friendly and suppotive management... And a very good learing platform for studing the entire logistics process to upgrade our skills and knowledge......very good atmosphere to work, consists of highy professional, experienced staffs especially in logistics operations.

Dislikes

No dislikes... Always ++++, employees are more committed to work irrespective of the timing, their health and some times they even forget about their own family...The employees always in a belive that the company will take care of everything..... Staffs are much dedicated, engaged and committed...... Toghether,MGL is a wonderful family.... Needless to say in the light of our years of working experience.👍👍👍

MGH logistics is a specific trade lane company. Best suited for freshers. To foray and learn about specific industry based business.

Dislikes

Experienced professionals do not get support for their businesses. No team work, Employee exploitation. Higher positions are held by non-experienced people, who doesn't know ground reality . Their relationship with customers have been deteriorated due to misbehavior of collection teams

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
