There is no skill growth nor any opportunities or training are given. There is no proper salary hikes. No proper food facility and no transportation facility. HR team is of complete waste with no proper rules followed.

Analyzing computer systems & finding potential issues regarding them. Responsible for auditing of computer systems. Ensures availability of adequate no. of computers in the organization. Answerable for technical problems solutions. Management of proper hardware and software requirements. Ensures security of computers, password setting. Performs back ups Conducting weekly/monthly review meetings with the IT team & Ops Managers to understand their IT requirements. Manage Networking.

People are so cruel n demotivated work environment is worst they talk about personal stuff rathern then work . People in MG making reels and not attending the customers according to their moods , grooming is worst ! Receptionist are always on boyfriends call and reels activities, the seniors (TL) (manager) and the senior Colleagues are like they hits on new joinies and make their personal n professional life worst to interrupt!

My oral experience was okay okay just because I was new in the auto mobiles and sales getting then an appreciation rather than I was getting the motivation from the seniors and the colleagues like their environment is very worst the seniors and the more colleagues are there they were not fully groomed as a relationship managers Receptionist are always on calls with their boyfriends and busy with their making videos on Instagram people in their like very hell they are always like in ducting and others personal life and they making their life first talk about the personal stuff rather than talking about the professionalism professional work No proper grooming no proper training no proper demonstrations no timing to go back to Home the CRE department they always like easy on their cell phones to scroll in the Instagram social media is that shit seniors are very lazy My most experiences like seniors around me they always demotivate persons the new joy knees rather than supporting them in helping them how to grow they always like I love my job and I want to do what I want and colleagues are very worst very worst

Good work environment and culture teammates are supported and the management transparent. Company policy are good

I m working here company rules regulation not under sefety required and facilities nt there and man working safety not there

Way of working and i like working culture and also doesn't have working pressure, we can gain more knowledge from this company in this company we have many sections like fitting, welding, painting, sets, bus body section section etc....
