There is only one major points which I want to raise complaint about the salary increment process. According to me company should think about the year wise salary increment whether it is small or large. My opinion is there should be increment process such that employee can growth in a company also.

If my experienced with this company i have worked lots of hard during client location then after 1 year I told to them for appraisal they declined due to say budget issue. So I was that time decide for resign and etc were point there.

It's good for learning and for job security. Flexibility depends upon on your reporting manager.

Notice period is for 90 days and this information they will never share you unless you go for Induction.

Its a horrible company, highly unprofessional CEO and COO, No process is followed here. They simply play with career of their employees. They abuse employees on the floor infront of hundred others. Its a lala company where corporate gundas run their empire on the name of management. They play with appraisals, they give changed salary first and then declare the ratings and then initiate discussions. Terrible work culture. Every week you will feel that will be your last week. Never try to join this organization it will end your career and life even.
