During the Covid-19 lockdown, an extra 10 days payment is provided by the company. In spite of this support, there is no any kind of help is provided by the company and after the few days of work during the unlock process, they removed me and some other employees from the company.

Dislikes

No job security, no innovation, no work-life balance, no career growth, no salary/appraisal, no work environment. The benefit is only that we work in Pvt. Ltd. company.

It was good experience. But the few members of marketing team were very senseless, negative, and non supporting, and always politics behind your back. Managing Director is good of the company. Director is also good.
