Micro-managment , no work life balance they expect you to work on weekends managers don't know their own tech stack and rely on new guys to do the work and will eat your credit easy and CEO and CTO like this culture

Nothing to like about if don’t belong to “SATSANGI” community or from “AGRA” Dayalbagh Institute.

Dislikes

Toxic Work Culture, Cast and community based favourism, Gender baised, Low Appraisals even you are top performer, In Human behaviours from CoFounders, Caste and community based promotion policies. Don’t except any promotion if you are not from SATSANGI community.

Great for a fresher or an intern to start their career as it gives you immense knowledge and learnings about digital marketing but not more than 1-2 years.

Worst work culture ever . Very less chances for a good employee who really want to grow cannot survive in this organisation. The old employees will never let you grow in this organisation.

Everything was working well untill the manager left and a new one came. That person changed the entire working culture by focusing more on the girls/women and disregarded inputs and information given by men. Even if you deliver exceptional quality of work, it will get rejected, disapproved, or handed-over to someone else because of favouritism. If you didn't praise the manager or agree with the points shared during the meeting, and offered valuable inputs, you would be seen as a black sheep, and a person disrupting the environment with your hard work and exceptional skills.
