I this company the one will have pressure when you start after that no pressure, you can rome around E Africa with no reason with company expenses. If candidate is a bachelor then he can enjoy.

Dislikes

You will not get salary on time, people are working here just to recover their outstanding salaries since they have huge pending like ($50000,$30000, most like in between $10000 to $ 15000). They will pay you for your daily expenses which can 1/4 of your salary and rest of the salary remains with them and they will tell you take while going on annual leave. when you will be leaving for annual leave just 1 hour before they will give $ 1000 or $ 2000 and tell you that they could not arrange the money due to cash flow and they will make you assure that they will send it in your bank account within a week. But the truth is if at all you are about die, they will wait if you will die and they can dishonor the money. If you are married please do not dare to join here because you will end up loosing money and respect from your family as well.

Enough free time for self Development, casual work environment, you get opportunity to travel abroad on companies expense.

Dislikes

Accommodation and transport provided by the company, however if you are obsequies, you may get privileges. You have to beg for salaries, follow up for your salary for Months, and years. If you argue with the Finance you may face consequences, i.e delay in salary. No HR, No Management Running like a LALA shop. Very Late delivery, improper deliveries if you get in sales you would be screwed. No Appraisal Mechanism, No Increments for long. You have to work illegally, as they tend not to give work permits. No work culture, No KRAs. An Irresponsible leadership, who spends lot on travel. Basic amenities in office is missing i.e Drinking water, power backups to name a few. No work mechanism. i.e. when one joins he would be given to follow old payments that to 4-5 years old that to without giving any history. No Health Insurance coverage, one has to go hospital get the bills and then claim the amount. Some cases if the bills are huge it will not get passed and you will not get Money.

There are many indians who bring the work politics to this company. If they were not there it could be a nice company to work with

No increment for 5 years... if your reporting manager dont like you, he can make you kicked out of the company
