Nothing to like.... wastege of time & knowledge...no job security they hire candidates on third party pay role ( Contract basis) overtime is must for all peoples ( 8hrs shift+ 4 hrs overtime)

Dislikes

...s talk behind you. Seniors are very dim always pressurized to juniors for work . They don't want to hire more persons becoz of salary . No canteen no other facilities . Very fustrating enviornment.

...inga arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and good.appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.

Meyer Vitabotics is good organisation in this organization I was leant many positive things likewise to enhance the technical skills, to develop the decision making, leadership & problem troubleshooting during ongoing process. etc. It's helpful to growing & enhancing the skills in this skill.

The product are very good and great feedback given by the doctor But company environment and the main point is that the salary structure are very poor i am working last 4 years to this company but know my salary is only 12k i am unhappy with my salary

Salary structure are not good after 4 years i have just taken to my nank only 12k If they are changing their salary structure

Likes

Teammates and managers are good. We have travelled few places across India for meeting and award function purpose. Also we have Meyer council to solve any problem with administration. We work for 8 hours and monthly 2 Saturdays off along with Sunday. So we have enough time to spend with our family and friends.

Dislikes

Everything is ok but the salary and growth is less in comparison to other companies and our job profile. If the company will able to provide more funky package and yearly 1 foreign trip then it will be the best company to work as a Medical Representative.
