...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management.

There is no job security here. During pandemic they fired people working in an entire division without prior intimation or any compensation, including me. Management is too money minded and doesn't care about people working for them.

Company took care of full salary payment in this pandemic situation. Another benefit given by the company i.e health insurance for me and my family. No pressure given to join fieldwork. Overall benefits were given that is good.

Dislikes

If you want a fast career growth then it is not the right place. Compensations and payments are less than other companies. As it is a target base job, pressure is a little bit high if you do not achieve target.

I have very good experience with this company. Very supporting and management team mates ( Mr. Suman kumar & Mr. Jitender thakur) company policies are good.

Dislikes

The management doesn't done on time. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
