There is no job security here. During pandemic they fired people working in an entire division without prior intimation or any compensation, including me. Management is too money minded and doesn't care about people working for them.

...her companies and still when the division was being built the pandemic happened. Management fired everyone from the division without prior notice or compensation. Management only thought about their loss and was least bothered about employees ...

Company took care of full salary payment in this pandemic situation. Another benefit given by the company i.e health insurance for me and my family. No pressure given to join fieldwork. Overall benefits were given that is good.
