Salary part is good, they will pay according to the market standards. Learning is also good.

Too much politics is there, people from associates till AVP everyone is involved in politics and no work life balance, they will expect you to work for 14 days and 7 days a week and still it won't give any job security.

I have great working experience with mettl.The company has awesome atmosphere for work and colleagues are also good they have supporting nature

The compensation is moderate and growth is also slow. The work pressure is high.

The only thing that I liked about the organisation was that when I moved from my previous organisation to this organisation, I got to work with Indian clients which I was not getting in the previous organisation. Also I got a more closer view to financial transactions and end client meeting along with vendor management.

Dislikes

Organisation will aligne you to the businesses that you do not have any experience with or you are not even academy qualified to work with just so that they can save head count hiring. You are expected to work at least 6.5 days a week, and even if you are taking an off it is expected that you will be caring your laptop with you and manage your clients. There is no backup planning and there is absolutely zero work life balance in this organisation. I HAVE SEEN MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MYSELF FACING DEPRESSION IN ANXIETY ISSUES DUE TO THE WORK PRESSURE. I absolutely do not recommend this organisation to anyone.

Good ethics,excellent professionalism,work- life balance is good.job security is meaningless as a freelancer becuz one complaint against you and u r out , no matter how best u are.career growth is again pointless as a freelancer.
