Good work environment teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. There is not any cafeteria and nor a gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are partially good they don’t give good salary hike nor bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.there is a bond of 2 years if you want to resign you have to pay a lot of amount. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary on time. Good learning opportunity for new commer. Duty timing i flexible.

Philippines management, HR personal are too arrogance behavior for non Philippines citizens. Very tough to get final exit visa upon successful completion of contract and same for the salary hike.

...t not suite to the staff level and also the company not given individuals value. Believe me if i have chance to transfer into another company that more benefits i get and high salary immediately i will transfer.
