No growth for juniors as senior people not wanted to grow to juniors....no growth in salary.....so much hard work but they people denied our hard work, no growth in this department, very bad experience in histopathology...

There is nothing to like about this job I am only doing this for bread and butter As I am on contractual basis I don't have any benefits which regular employees get Only thing is like is comfortable shift timing

I don’t know about other branch but if you look to Richmond circle central lab branch work environment is very good. Basically in a diagnostic field I didn’t seen like that good understanding manager.

Dislikes

Salary low, no bonus in major Indian festivals not even halfday work. Only comp off given no overtime pay and for long leave u have to convince too much.
