Company always open to accept new ideas and adopt to latest technology. i feel proud to have contributed in my own little but significant way in its growth & business expansion.

Compensation is decent but has scope for improvement. balancing work & family at times becomes very hard due to very high work pressures

I don’t know about other branch but if you look to Richmond circle central lab branch work environment is very good. Basically in a diagnostic field I didn’t seen like that good understanding manager.

Salary low, no bonus in major Indian festivals not even halfday work. Only comp off given no overtime pay and for long leave u have to convince too much.
