Worst management not a single facility to employee I was working in covid department my salary was 13k in hand after 2 year I ask for increment they said no increment for you worst company my employee code is 80008216 not a snacks for covid team and many fake reports created by seniors of covid don't work there now they are making employes to do OT without any pay

Salary is low according to work, leave is not enough, there is no use of leave in emergency, Growth is not visible in increment.over time pay is half of the basic salary in Phlebotomist Role.

I don’t know about other branch but if you look to Richmond circle central lab branch work environment is very good. Basically in a diagnostic field I didn’t seen like that good understanding manager.

Salary low, no bonus in major Indian festivals not even halfday work. Only comp off given no overtime pay and for long leave u have to convince too much.

Great learning environment treat it like internship and never wait in expecting of good and salary move out learn as much as you can explore all departments and leave as soon as you have learned everything and became independent.

Salary is peanuts they make you work like lab rat and expect a lot comparing to renumeration they offer. Being market leader in technology and losers in offering renumeration to employees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
