Not Retaining old and experienced staff . Increase salary of nursing and administrative staff to minimum standards. Reduce owners interference in HR management.

The doctor whom I was assisting is a knowledgeable and good person. And it was a pleasure to work with him and I got good knowledge. And the colleague are friendly and helping.

Dislikes

The HR is the worst part in the hospital. They don't even consider the extra timing and make us work for 24hr. Such a rude personality and no proper information given. They are utilising the freshers by saying training and the trainee doesn't have any benefit except more stress and health issues that we get.

Better if arrange some refreshment activities will help to reduce the stress of employees

It is kerlalas first exclusive cardiac centre. There we have a very good crew of interventional cardiologists and 2 cathlabs. It is good place for a person to learn and improve our skills. I am started as a trainnee and now I am the incharge of the cathlab. I am proud that i am a part of metromed international cardiac centre.

Working time is un predictable most of the days.
