no team support, no training, no job security, no career growth, salary next month before 20th any day can expect, appraisal every 2 or 3 years, no travel only by HODs, community politics, no learning, bad working environment, no work life balance.

Easy to get job as their attrition is more than 33% Per month. If you don't have job try for Metrochem and start looking for another job since joining.

Toxic working environment & worst politics No increments since 3 years You will never know when will you get your salary. contract payments are 2/3 months delay.
