Everything is good but my growth has become stagnant. I am continuously doing the same work which I was doing from last 5 years

They give very less salary and work pressure is huge specially in accounts and inventory Dept. Increment is very less between 8 to 10℅. Freshers can join to take experience had scope of learning.

Excess work and long working hours and no benefit on overtime even though overtime was done on daily basis, low percentage of increment, worst politics among Assistant Managers/Team leaders.
