Excess work and long working hours and no benefit on overtime even though overtime was done on daily basis, low percentage of increment, worst politics among Assistant Managers/Team leaders.

They give very less salary and work pressure is huge specially in accounts and inventory Dept. Increment is very less between 8 to 10℅. Freshers can join to take experience had scope of learning.
