A company good for people who don't want much stress. This company will give you perfect balance between office and personal life. Variable system will make you drive to be productive.

I don't see good salary slab system here.. You will see people at lower level getting paid more than TL etc.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact I am a part of team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration, I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

...tract system of hiring candidates,also there is no on job training for freshers.compensation is good but growth is slow.

Great work culture. Good and friendly environment. Flexi working hrs. Most importantly, day shifts. If financial factors doesn't matters to u, go for this organisation.

Huge diff between CTC and in hand salary. Salary is very less. Less rewards for ur work. Favourism happens during appraisals.
