...every 15 minutes they call me and disturb me after WORKING more than 16 hours. Salary is very low paid I am in the Cadre of Deputy Manager my dept are Apparel,General Marchendising & CDIT. I am working from 2009 to 2018 I have not balanced my family. I lost so much of my money , Hard work. All companies will ask for 1 Month notice period but Reliance ask for 3 months. Notice period.Due to that I lost 118 pay leaves now I have not got a single rupee for paid leaves.

...also they are not giving leave. Increment will be 2% to 5% only. No motivation I am not able to pay school fees also due to low salary.I got money from my aged parent pension I am paying school fee. The store Manager said that we are going to increase your salary this month from 8 months and intimated to all staff in store that I am going to increase salary.All staff began to ask about my salary sm told.

I have good experience in metro cash and carry (7 y 9 m ) have worked as associate many departments like 1. Checkout 2. Front of house ( receptionist ) 3. Free bie 4. Reordering 5. Good receivers 6. Lost and prevention 7. Manage floor department

METRO teach us lot of information about retail felid and there are several department but I worked in 3 department grocery confectionary and backend that is goods receiving department even career growth is good but if we learnt here everything and move on to another good retail company then there will be huge growth in our life

Here teammates are good and even we will get good training in our metro cash and carry salary is average and appraisel also will be average only

This company just plays with the life of employees, there is no sense of happiness when you work here. High level of politics happen at the management level at each store and when they feel some employee is brutally loyal, honest or hardworking they ensure that person is no longer working with metro in next 2-3 months . They will target him and defame him and the employee will mentally jus break down and leave for greener pastures.

...actually work in a day because of which new candidates leave without any notice. Also now people in the market refuse to work for Metro because of the salary being given in hand which is 8600/- without any pf or esi where as other companies like big Bazar, reliance, dmart pay better than that to fresher's. In the name of cost cutting they make employees lives miserable.

Iam not satisfied with the work because of political adventures in floor everyone maintain politics with managers my salary will not hike but work day by day increasing but iam not feel bad about work at all bcz iam satisfied with my work New Hr came and spoil my roll he did wrong politics with their behaviour...

Metro is a good organization but as an employee iam not satisfied as an employee Due some kind of politics joining date iam an off-roll employee till date iam an off role employee what is the use of taking an large amount responsible why am taking lead in my team what is the necessity of my job There is no chance to do the on -roll employee No hike No appreciation There is nothing in that store dc-37 Only politics will ging going going Iam sooo awkward to face the situation But now iam soo satisfied with my new job
