METRO teach us lot of information about retail felid and there are several department but I worked in 3 department grocery confectionary and backend that is goods receiving department even career growth is good but if we learnt here everything and move on to another good retail company then there will be huge growth in our life

Here teammates are good and even we will get good training in our metro cash and carry salary is average and appraisel also will be average only

...metro policies for employees so listen. 1-PF is the best policy for employee. 2-Leaves polices for employee is too much nice because if you have other leave that's is, if you sick long time so metro pay full salary and any bonus. 3-Metro pay after 6 month one basic salary as a LFA bonus for family. 4-Metro have transport facility for woman.

The biggest reason for not working in Metro is that if you pay better from the beginning of Metro work than there is no better place to work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1st fall not properly saport by operation team Managment he is a negative minded setups as like nothing possible & I am sales Executive I have achieved only possible minded so very poorly management I hope compuny has making good design please metro cash & carry bigg a format no ignore it thank you so much by kalpesh anjara

It's a Mnc, Salary comes on time..Job is bit Secure, Learns a lot about fmcg products range.

Working systems, Company do not have proper tools to make available Metro range to customers, Even yo Their sales Team as Proper app, also sales Executives has to collect payment from customers, no COD.
