No limit on number of breaks you take, lean days are there. Incentive is now given on yearly basis that is 10% of fixed salary. Yearly appraisals are given between 5-10%. Joining gifts, Diwali gifts, year end gifts are given. Process parties/lunch/dinners are organised twice in a year.

Lot of internal politics. Senior management is least bothered about issues that you face if you are not someone who keeps on buttering your manager. Never discuss anything personal, it will be used against you.

...anisation for new learners. The overall environment is good for carrier growth. Being Captive there are good salary and appraisal other than BPO's & KPO'S.

Growth opportunity rate is very slow.

The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.
