...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Over all Company is very good for employees. Time manage, salary timing, medical claim, Increment, office timings, freedom for work. Incentive police very nice staff veri nice, Lack off. Team team work.

Growth 2-3 thousand maximum in every 2-3 years... A abusive officer in CRM department who doesn't know anything but always keeps making new laws. He Is like shackles to the sales team....
