good learning and they will pay you anything you ask for because once you are done with the project they will throw you outta the organisation like a piece of garbage.

Dislikes

1. Technically illetrare management. 2. Weak management. 3. Worst work life balance. 4. Worst HR policies. 5. Internal politics. 6. Spying on employees by listening and watching them on CCTVs and spying the employees through job portals I can go on and on it will never end. You should think a million times before you join here

The management is terrible, absolutely no training or skill development sessions for freshers, compensation is below par. No work culture. Whether there is work or not one has to clock in for 9hrs a day compulsory. No benefits.

BENEFITS ARE WAY BELOW PAR COMPARED TO CURRENT MARKET. MANGERS DO NOT POSSES ANY POWER, HR DRIVES THE SHOW. CURRENTLY HR IS ON THE BACK SEAT & IT RUN BY CTO SITTING SOMEWHERE.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
