Work environment and culture very unhappy condition feel , neither hike salary per year appraisal pending one year to another year.and then after say . because of slow down work of company. And refused.

Company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology,u am a part of team that market reliable high quality products and has a MNC client.but here is job security very good and only work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good, growth is slow .the work pressure is very high,which handle independent,more times to work late sitting in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening more times, manager do not value an individual's unique strength,I do receive appreciation mails from my client, but they unnoticed during my year appraisal.which is a pain sometimes.

Nothing to like about... The MD is a horrible person who is engaged in just just taking advance from its customers and never sending the material. Lots of cases against him in NCLT and others in court of law.

Dislikes

Never pays salaries on time.. Also if you give notice for leaving, they will never pay your salaries. The policies change every time to suit their needs and likes. A big NO NO to this company.
