...procedures. Even company don’t provide code of conduct and company policy 4. While joining management said we will increase salary after 3 months once you joined management not increase salary till 2 years 5. Salary increment once in 2 years 6. Board of directors only focus on old employees Even if they are wrong. No one can helps and support to new joiners and high skill employees 6. No scope for newly joined employees Old employees stuck to management If you want mental harassment, frustration then this company is for you

This is my first job, Company given me chance to lern about steel manufacturing and it's process.The company is open to innovate and readily adopts latest technology.. Ex:- This is first fully automatic type steel manufacturing company in Maharashtra..So I am glad to be a parts of METAROLLS ISPAT..

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
