sample product quality good , but in mass production worst quality

the company has a poor record of keeping people , they fired with out any reason , job security zero , every day you have tension that tomorrow i am company or not . the company is rune by some crooks & illiterate people , typical Lala company . beware of such fraud firm from joining as they will spoil your life and career . bunch of non technical people having wrong attitude and show off behaviors' . you family life are away in tension 12 hrs duty time , late sitting upto 10 pm in night .

Metaltech is an good developing company . Here if you have ability capabilities so you learnt a lot. Good working environment Owners and Senior management is very supportive. Salary appraisal are very attractive.

Dislikes

Nothing for dislike because I worked at there and if you want to get success in your life so never dislike past. Everything is from our nature if we are good so every body good.
