The work culture is quite professional and no one interferes in your personal life. No pressure as such, creative work can't be rushed according to metalpace company. If someone is going through a creative block, they will give you enough time and resources to get the balance back. I loved playing FIFA on the company PS4. With a time cap ofcourse.

Amazing work culture, Growth oriented team. There's inclusivity in company decisions and everyone is treated equally. Overall, a great experience coming from a 1000+ team to a rapidly growing startup, I'm excited for where the journey leads the Metalpace team.

From the first day I felt like a valued member of the team. The brainstorming sessions were a great plus with the design sprints. In the UI/UX design part, I was put directly on a Europe based project which was a great experience for me. There's high level of collaboration among the team and the management is empathetic and kind. 10/10 to the company culture which encourages creative thinking. The company values its team, fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, and provides ample opportunities for professional growth.

Nothing as such, The fully remote work policy shifted to hybrid. That's about it.
