Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Noting Is likes in it. Full toxic environment. even not provided any joining letter or not answer any questions.

...nd push u till down that u will take leave of 1 week or till new order not come. And not pay CL,PL leave if u asked answer is we r not paying in this plant. By Manager B.V Rajshekher G.M at there be careful while joining take all Papers and clear rules and regulation. Best word in this industry (Idhar Aisa hi hota hai) Satvik Beta. Because of New Planet.

We can work for 3 year inthis because nothing to learn and company have a lot of politicians(i mean that no one work properly and acting like super heros infront of md's,we càn give "oskar" for that acting).and you will be not traeated like an engineer.your suppose to do as supervisor(10th class pass persons also handle your job role).i have knowledge in catia,master cam for making a cnc programming.but their is no use in this company.lot of recommended candidates are working as a manager in this. Atlast i would like say about the company is md are extremely Superb because thier think level is super and solving problems in best manner.managers don't have knowledge that is the reason md's directly involving in the situations
