The purchees department is doing lot of corruption by purchees an item worth 1 for 3 given it to maintenence department wichh spoils the life of the machine and also order less materials

Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparents .Company policies are not good appraisals are not fair and they give no salary hike not bounce every year

The company is full of latest technology.I am very thankfull to be part of this company. Very friendly environment & my senior, colleagues & junior are from various culture and all are helpful. Company policies are also good.

Growth is slow. High work pressure. Sometimes, I have work 16-20 hrs straight in a day. Daily late going from office to home when work finished. Work doesn't matter during appraisals time.
