Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The people and the co worker apart from it nothing is good

Dislikes

They changes the rule as they want to manipulate and they are kind of fraud as well, they started deducting money from salary in the name of PF but didn't submit in the PF account and when we ask about it the HR says " don't worry the money is safe with us, trust us"

Nothing. The founders need to have some empathy and understand that people have career aspirations. Not everyone is born to rich parents and take on life with zero acccountability.

Dislikes

1) The company is not PF compliant. No PF submissions, no employment letter. 2) Till 3 years of its existence, the company hasn't acquired a single client. 3) The company has mysteriously fired people without notice and severance. 4) Zero job security. The company recently laid off 19 people. Do not fall for the HR trap that the company is funded by the Mangal group. 5) The HR team is unprofessional, inexperienced, and misbehaved 6) The company does not provide you with laptops, but complaints about data privacy.
