I respond directly to the CEO, he is the most knowledgable person I have ever interacted, he has people skills, technical skills and sales skills. You always learn from him and he gives you the space needed to grow and will push you to get the best out of you.

Work timing is flexible. Career growth is good. You will get hands on very good offshore projects and direct exposure to clients. If you are good at your work then you will get very good hike. Work from home is also available when needed.

I don't find any negatives other than lacking of cultural events and team outing.

I have 4 years of experience till now and it's mostly very good, what I love about mds is opportunities , growth .

Sometimes it's hard to manage work life balance but just sometimes also interior design of place 😅

Appraisal, and the attitude of CEO when you want to discuss your appraisal. At the time he CEO of the company will be ready of excuses that he needs to give and he does not make any eye contact with the employee, ignore messages as soon as appraisal is done, he again started discussing projects. We are employees not worker that if CEO get loss in other companies he will compensate from us.
