New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Dislikes

No work life balance, no benefits, no employee satisfaction, no job security especially in marketing.. but you get to learn a lot the experience here will definitely help you in your career.. I wouldn’t trade it for anything under the sky despite all the cons i mentioned I will still say this that the experience i got here is the strong foundation of my career and i am thankful!
