It was a great opportunity to work here. If I talk from starting in the company then it is a complete package of learning. It starts with complete generic training and then the project-based training combined for 5-6 months. HRs are very supportive even in the time of Covid company has there owned support system to help the employees. HR plans whole month activities to keep the entertaining the employees even at their home. Job security is at its best as I never heard if anyone is laid off by the company even in times of pandemic. In the pandemic period, the increment and appraisals were as it is they were before the pandemic. In short, we can say that company values its employees and tries to provide the best environment for them.

Initial Salary hike you get is good but it totally depends on project so no general way for this.

Dislikes

Employee's situation and condition dont matter they only order you to do this and do that. If you are not localite you will face many problems

...will shout on you every morning whether you complete your work on time or not. They'll not pay your appraisal if you leave the company. They will eat the pending appraisal for last 6-7 months.

Work environment is bad. Account department is bad

...f return to work which is discriminatory towards female (especially married). Bad salary structure: 1. 3 variable components 2. Leave encashments are part of CTC (18 yearly leaves, no PL, CL etc.) 3. All the benefits are part of CT Appraisals are generally delayed by 6-8 months. Some managers exhibit really toxic behaviour: 1. Excessive micro management. 2. Asking married females to not get pregnant in appraisal meetings. 3. Underpaid work in personal projects A lot of unskilled and toxic managers are kind of permanent and you will have very few growth options.

Work Culture is great, the compensation and benefits needs to be improved. Since its a service based company, there are times when work satisfaction is hindered.

Dislikes

Career Growth and Opportunities needs to be improved for the employees. The company needs to bring more products in the market.
