The work ethics there itself is a primary factor that all employees must follow. Every day tackling variety of tasks makes me more interesting towards the job. I was very happy with my collegues. Fully helping minded gys, i was trainee there i could study and understand also about welding and piping drawings. Metal crafts growing up till now. And good salry transportation. Work environment and client side was excellent . They are discussed with us about new ideas and how could achieve good quality and good products

I cant say nothing against metalcraft because we there was a family while during working . All things are i fell good about company rules, quality as a staff iam. And as a beginner at that time

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
