Excellent organization to work, especially the teams are very friendly and self motivated. Most of the employees are working for more than 5 years. As long as you are productive and disciplined, job security is not at all an issue. I have seen Trainees becoming team managers here, so I can say a place for splendid career growth. No work politics. Everyone is simple and fair enough. Very Very fair and impartial appraisals take place. Plenty of opportunity for innovation along with work-life balance.
