There is nothing to appreciate.

Dislikes

Its an average company, generally have low growth. Salary part not as per metro city standards. Management doesn't care about your difficulties in operations. They pay low and expect triple the Targets. Motivation level is very low. Once joined people don't even get confirm for years even after doing targets. They end up giving reasons that your behaviour was not good. Your reporting was not accurate. All the excuses will be given. Its not a worth company to give valuable time of our career. I don't reccomend people joining this. You will get stuck with you career. Lot of travelling will make your work-life balance poor.

Likes

Learning is good. Good quality products. Good exposure. No practical trainings only seminar trainings. Practical training would be better for learning. Lot of multitasking makes things hectic. Covering whole state and involves lot of travelling . Minimum 80 to 100 kms per day.

...r.The work pressure is so much that you cant balance your personal life with it. The salary given to the engineer who is working day and night and running here and there is very meagre. They have only allowed bike to their engineers. The politics at the management is so bad that your can't get your credit for all the good work you have done.

Salary is very less. You can only use bike. There was a time when I was the only one who was taking care of the entire region but there was no appreciation for that but another guy who comes later was given a reward.

...ules and processes that it creates a hitler ruled environment in the company. 2. Salary structure is so twisted and made to fool you that your actual net salary becomes 40-50% lesser than your monthly CTC. They add everything including company mobile number bill to yout CTC. 3. For people working in field, specially engineer and manager level, life is pathetic, all management is ex L&T who have formed a group and try to dominate non L&T people, making their life hell. 4. Head of Laser sales is a mentally sick old grumpy good for nothing and almost a human being.

Bad working culture. Employees were ill treated badly. Too much politics. Bad aproach by R&D head. Head weight and respecting subordinates. Sometimes fake. MD very discouraging. Scolding all the time and finding faults all the time. Completing the work tasks is very difficult. Too much of paper and documentation work. If I continued there I will end up in getting heart problems. Finally God saved me.
