Many of developments combine leading edge design while maintaining and renovating key elements from architectural heritage.Now company spreads spreads its am in pan India through its Joint Venture with other Major Real Estate Companies. I also like the employee re-hire policy here .

This company provides a lot of facilities of to employees which is in companion to others are quite better. The environment provided by the company is quite good. The company create a friendly completion which help to employees for their internal growth .Company also gives you facility ..innovation, work-life balance, yearly appraisals, on job training for freshers etc..

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
