There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary also not decent for selected employee. Carrier growth also slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Pathetic.Senior Mgt makes ppl work 24×7.Nothing to be liked at all.

Only work. Senior Manager calls at 11 p.m., mrng 6 a.m. No work life balance.Left without completing a year with no offers in hand.It was so painful to work in this company.

I worked with meru for 6 month and that was my biggest mistake for my life. No job security.

Micro management and no company ethics, very congested place to work employees. Management can terminate anytime to their employees without any employee's mistakes hence there is no job security.
