On time salary. No tracker for work from home employees. No work so no work pressure.

Dislikes

Lots of unnecessary deduction in salary including welfare cess, No appraisal, Cofounder does micro-management. Small company with no professional atmosphere. They focus more on what you are doing, whom you are talking rather than actual work. They don't have any idea about software and rely completely on chatgpt for ideas. They will call you at 1am at night and will ask you to work on codes. No work life balance. Terrible company.
