Salary, working hours, upper management -- all are very poor. The company culture is very toxic with even helpful people forced not to help your peers. Expect no help from the seniors or company if you discuss career trajectory or help with any family emergency

Clueless Leadership. Misalignment of undeserving people in important positions. Low salary, low appraisals and absolutely no benefits. HR is invisible. No specific Escalation Metrix if you are facing trouble.
