Office politics specially by implementation team . I personally experienced this and it was very demotivating for me I was hired as a management trainee I was placed from my b school . With in the training period they did not gave me a single project and fired me and my colleague without any assement or live project . They don't care about employees . Only infrastructure is good other than that this company is full of scam Trust me . Swanand chavan APAC shift manager you are a monster .

Work culture is good and understandable.

...ame company where culture is friendly with less than 2% of increment you can go. I am the employee of Merkle for more than 3 years and I am working on same salary since I have joined. Even after begging for salary hike they will not give you even 2% of hike. Merkle only give appraisals to those who are extra ordinary. So if you are someone who wants to learn with 2% of hike every year then surely this is good organisation.

...o one will disturb you. Only Buttering people will get good hikes and promotion. Your salary will credit at last working day of the month end

... knows about your tax deduction. Every month you can see a vari in the pay slip. You won't get immediate pay slip after you received your salary. You will get at the end of the month so that you won't question them. If management don't like your face they will kick you any moment be ready for that. All the best any way

Company will following standards, Mismanagement, dumb managers like they want you manage your own and complete the work as soon as possible. Leave policy changed and now all the power is given to your managers and manager will not approve unless your are sick but only max 2 days and you will not get money for left leaves when you exit. No project management, nothing is there as they are showing good MNC. Message to all - Please don't join the company at any cost, rather join some startup

You will work among some of the best intuitive minds in the industry. It's a great place not covered with seniority complex, but people are more streamlined and team oriented, which will work in your favor

Dislikes

No sufficient increments, very poor approach to talent retention, and no proper training before or during work, given that most people are only freshers. Very few senior employees who are not at managerial level. However, they are improving due to Dentsu, but it still remains the highest attrition rate among its peers, only due to their no perks or good increments at all.
