Everything was good earlier, like 4-5 years back

Dislikes

Working at this company has revealed several challenges in the management practices, particularly withing the QA Department. The management team, especially QA managers level, often lacks transparency in their decision making process, everything is controlled by US head. Which has created a lack of trust among team members. Ethical standards of few QA Managers seems to be compromised which can affect team moral and the over all work environment. 2 of the QA Mangers behave like it's their own company. Opportunities for professional growth are limited. Experienced team members are not respected or valued as they should be. Senior employees often feel over looked and underappreciated leading to frustration and a lack of motivation within a team. Need stronger focus on Respect, Integrity and Fair treatment of all employees.

Great work culture and good working hours. Night shift pay exists and is paid if you work nights. No overtime though.

Dislikes

Management NEEDS to keep their good workers and give them a raise. Have half a mind to leave myself but market is bad. Appraisals are TERRIBLE no matter how well the company does.

Culture is good. They’re flexible with your working hours. Decent pay and hikes.

Dislikes

Not enough career growth. Really depends on the project some of the projects wouldn’t even care about your existence. You will have to pressurise the management to give you a good project. Since it revolves around US team, you may not have a lot of say in the project.
