Work point of view it is best, we will get to learn lot of technical aspects. Team managers depending upon teams fews teams are good.

No promotions, no appraisal, salary is way too below compared to market. Working culture is also not good. There is lot of partiality.

Communication from management could be better and open . Salary could be matched as per peers/ market. Confidentiality lacks and pupil could be better to have more constructive discussion rather than rumours

Career growth is not much as they provide average skill development program. The team is supportive. It's a good company as it is under fortune 500. But the setup in India is not as expected.

Dislikes

The management is not transparent. There is lot of bias among the team. Micro management by some managers is practiced. Demotivation of the working group. HR is not supporting the working group. Unable to focus on work. No extra activities were provided like team outing or team building activities were nil.

Likes

One of the best company of my career, specially BTC center. People are very supportive and knowledgeable. Work environment is fantastic you will never feel like boundation. Overall Summery is fantastic.
