No job security; HR forces and threatens employees to resign. 5. Appraisals are biased. 6. Poor canteen facilities. 7. Webinar Training through out Covid 19 lockdown & allowed to work from home. Salary on time. Focused on future training like Industry 4.0 from basic to advanced for every one. Advanced features training lab.

Dislikes

Career growth is Slow down due to Industrial recession & now Covid 19 is going to affect future growth. Company's Loss in profit is increased as compared to new investment. Return on expansion (Payback period ) is increased due to slowdown which will definitely affect future.
