There is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address our issue at times. Salary is pretty low even though being in this company for 2 years now , career growth is pretty slow.

Other companies started layoff after COVID But merit started layoff before that. They didnt value associates who worked for them, A sudden call from a Manager states that today is ur last day. No Job Guarantee no Job satisfaction but the work pressure is such huge

Dislikes

Everything dont run like a corporate, They behave like a small company and the worst thing is work pressure is comparatively more after lockdown where situation leeded to we put break and still work. Lot of Partiality . There is no proper Management behaves very cheap.

Overall it's good experience and shift timings are really good. There are lots of opportunities to learn about our carrier and how to handle time management.

Dislikes

There is no planning, like if we have team outings, even in the projects as well.

It was a wonderful experience working in merit software Pvt Ltd and I loved the work I did. Managers were helpful n we enjoyed our work environment

Nothing in particular just that the building was too interior however now it's moved to a different location

Work life balance is excellent at Merit, They open new avenues for our skillset, permit and foster innovation and creative thinking, promote new ideas from people, great corporate culture, salary was as per banding, no disparity among staff, more family like work culture

Dislikes

Everything about Merit was great. I had to quit because of health reasons.
