No salary hike typical everyone looks own benefits poor management they didn't share any company policies to their employees transportation provided my company if we need to go home in mid they coperate employees

No salary hike poor management in clear words there is no management third person will take decisions on behalf of management no job security timing are too early if u use company transportation then u have to spend 1 hours extra

Company culture very bad and politics in company. Experience is very bad with merino. Jaipur branch environment not good.

The two benifits I believe are first it is an established brand in laminate division which helps you sell easily. Second, you can switch to some other good organization taking working experience of around two years from Merino.

I believe people rarely changes their organisation they are most likely to change their boss.. and something similar in this case too. I hope you understand.

I havw learn't many thing from them. They are supportive and encourage their employes to break their limits.

Dislikes

They have strong reporting system so, if someone joined merino then leave your rest or lazziness.
