Dislikes
No job security.
Too much office politics.
Senior takes all credits.
Old employees above 10years thinks themselves as MD of the company.
No work life balance.
HR have no work except checking attendance. They even don't know company policies.
Marwari family run company hence their decision is the main. Marwari work culture.
Accreditation rate is very high.
No training to the Employees.
No good work recognitions.
Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm work timing.
Nam bada darshan thoda. Those worked more than 10-15 years they feel and treat others as MD. Behaviour also very rude. Also some senior teams involved on wrong practice. People also trained such a way they also put CEO in pressure, finally he left merino .
Everything, the company doesn’t value their employees, their HR’s don’t know how to deal with the employees.
